What stats are needed for monsters in Sullengard and nearby maps to become "Easy"?

Are you saying you can't get to Lodar and you're now trying to get to Sullengard?

No no no... 
I finished quests related to him...
I just didn't expect the difficulty of the Ghosts and ultimately Hira'zinn...
I assumed id be able to buy potions from Lodar when I finally got to him but I had to do the quests first...
With only 100 Regular HP potions... And 40 Bonemeal potions... I managed to pull through by sheer luck...
To nake matters worse I couldn't force respawn via death to a previous village cuz I slept in Lodar's bed...
Im running a Crit build so that sucked against Hira'zinn and the mobs around him... (Not to mention the status effects)
Fortunately, I had the "Shadow of The Slayer" ONE "Minor Speed Potions" and ONE "Liquid Courage"
So after multiple saves... Deaths... I cleared it
Thats why I gotta build on my base DPS instead of relying only on Crits
