Not if that is part of the effect. Once you use the item you cannot take it off for a certain amount of rounds. That should prevent the switching of items to avoid the penalties.

Lesser War Helm, Legendary item:
+4 critical skill
Monster spawn rate doubles
+5 damage
-25 BC
Lesser Helm of Peace, Legendary:
50% Monster Spawn Rate
+12% BC
Damage resistance +1

hmm faster and slower respawn may be nice..... but those itams are overpowered...

Sarumar - how about...
+2 damage, +4 crit skill
And
+6% BC and damage reduction +1?
And they may be overpowered on v 06.12, but maybe not version 7.0?

Took the words right out of my mouth my friend.
The idea is good but the stats are waaaaay overpowered.
I feel there would need to be some type of downfall to wearing these (like a -AD or Attack cost gets raised)

Ok guys, what starts would you suggest? I figured the Lesser War Helm could grant more attack power because it's an aggressive helm. And I did give it -25% BR.
So what would you guys suggest?

In your original idea those helmets were best ones in game + ability to raise or lover respawn...... And helmets are one of the most useless items in game... How about necklace instead..

Sarumar - my reason for helms is in fantasy fiction helms are often said to have powers, and to me a helm that covets war and a helm that inspires tranquility is a very attractive idea. And since there are really no good helms, shouldn't we lobby for more good helms?
Lesser War Helm, (Legendary item):
+4 critical skill
Monster spawn rate doubles
+0-2 damage
-25 BC
Shadow Siphon level 2 (steals two HP/round feeds it to lowest hp enemy )
Lesser Helm of Peace (Legendary):
50% Monster Spawn Rate
+6% BC
Damage resistance +1
Minor fatigue
