If you think 1255 rocks is a lot, have a look at Pyrizzle, he's over 3000 and still no ring. My money is on him getting 5000 rocks before getting a RoLS. Also Lady Black is over 7000 rocks. She got a RoLS early on then didn't save.

I was hoping for the same thing, getting a ring early then rubbing it in. Now I just mindlessly kill gargoyal T&M's and don't even expect a ring any more. Almost feels as they don't exist and everyone is playing a cruel joke.

I won't say how quickly I got my RoLs in case it causes a fit of rage (which would be totally justified). My quest for the RoL and ElyR has been a long one. Can't complain as it's filling in time until the next release and hopefully there will be some reward soon. Even at level 60 those Wyrm T&A can give me a kicking when fatigued. You can really get through bonemeals.
Stopped using Ring of damage +6 in favour of the Ring of Shadow Embrace. Not saying its any better but it's forced a focus on upping AD. I would like to wish luck on those grinding for the RoLs. Rock on!

Just now I realized just how lucky I was :p
But that doesn't change anything, im still grinding for my 2nd, atleast til the next release.
and after finishing everything there, go back for the 2nd RoLS or if there is any new Items to search for

Piggy I agree.. Since there is not much left to do while waiting for the next release, it gives a great time for grinding for those Extraordinary Items
I think it's also a kinda good time killer.
As I said before takes only a couple of minutes to clear the rooms of Trainers and Masters so it's according to me excellent while you,
wait for the bus
wait for the water to boil
while in the bathroom
or what ever you guys do

About your RoLS Piggy, I read a short while ago that you got it early. I choose to ignore that....for sanity reasons.

It was after around 330 Rocks. Which did not take long. The grind for the ElyR took weeks in comparison.
Am at 600 Polished sparking gems/573 sharpened gems while going for the RoL. Sometimes I think its like waiting for a kettle to boil. Really need to do some work but can't put my phone down.

Noticed that I was mentioned here. Still don't have a RoLS. Quit trying at 7501 rocks (got the extra one on the way out), to try for the EylR for a while. No luck there, either, yet.
Want to set the record straight, though. It was the RoL from the Kazaul imp that I got on my first run through the Kazaul lair, and then lost because I died and reloaded from a save from before I got it. I have never had a RoLS.

Congrats to all of you who have gotten your extraordinary items! Hang in there to those of you who have not! If all else fails, the skill which will lessen the odds is coming! After 30,000 kills I "should" have 3 rings and instead have 0. I really need those odds lessened!
