Re: Waydroid not showing new maps
I am now trying to transfer my character off of Waydroid and onto a physical phone running GrapheneOS. The save game transfers fine. However, I am having trouble transferring the world map images. It tells me to import a world map zip file. I do not have a zip file. I have a folder of images for the world map (which we made to resolve the previous problem). I tried zipping it into a file, named it worldmap.zip, and tried importing it. However, the import does not seem to work; my character on my GrapheneOS phone still starts out on an empty map. I am able to add more to the map by visiting every location, but I would prefer to not have to do that if I can avoid it. Is there any way that I can transfer the old map data to GrapheneOS?

Re: Waydroid not showing new maps
It might work, if you deinstall the game completely, including the app data.
Then put the savegames and the worldmap to the old data directory.
And at last install the game again.
If the game starts in a new Android release, doesn't find a new save directory but an old one, then it imports the old ones automatically.
Alternatively you can try to export your worldmaps to a zip file and manually add the old worldmap files into this zip file and import this again.
I never tried it, but it might work

Re: Waydroid not showing new maps
I was being stupid and not exporting my stuff from Waydroid properly. It works in GrapheneOS now. Thank you.
