When a pm is in outbox, the pm was sent but not yet read by the recipient

The map sizes vary, it depends on the contents and surrounding. But it should not be bigger than 30x30.
Best take a look at the existing worldmap to get an impression of what makes sense

Insides of houses should be doubled in size. A building that is 8 wide should be 16 inside (15 or 17 would be ok too for symmetry reason)
