You can define your look only at a new start.

But I'd recommend a new start anyway. The new content (at least many parts of it) is placed in middle game. I think you have most fun when your hero is not too strong and so find every monsters easy.
(E.g. BWM was really hard when I played it first time. But when I tested some changes with a strong character I found it much less interesting)

At least I am looking forward to start with a new character in a new look

There might come up some error that should be solved before, and there is still a technical detail to be done.
So we won't give an exact date - even not now, because we don't have it ourselves.
You'll have still to live with a "soon" for a (short) while…
