I'm getting a "JUnit version 3.8 or later expected:" error in AS whenever I try to run AS, and I'm not sure how to fix that. Tell you the truth, AS is still pretty foreign to me. Do you think this is a simple fix or did I mess up badly with setting up AS?
Which version of AS are you using? It should be 2.3 otherwise it won't work.

Also why are you using AS if you are not familar with it? You better use ATCS for content creation.

You get this error when just starting AS? As Gonk asked, which version of AS?

I already am using ATCS. I thought that I needed to use AS to integrate the changes into the game and test it out. Is there a way to integrate them and test out the changes without AS?

I already have the content I created ready (been so for a year, to be honest), I just couldn't figure out how to test them out.

To answer your first question, it's AS 2.3.2, I believe that was the earliest version available in their archive.

To test them out. We need either AS or Eclipse. Most of us are using AS.

I have some familiarity with Eclipse, since I'm learning Java on it. Do you have a link to a tutorial or something regarding making an apk to test out changes?

I'm sorry if I'm being whiny or needy, I'm just trying to figure things out.

Is the ADT bundle in this link? In the general post you linked me to, the ADT bundle link redirects to here, which I don't think was the original link you had:

https://developer.android.com/studio

I'm guessing I should install one of the older versions, in here:

https://developer.android.com/studio/archive

Do I need the windows IDE only or should I download the installer with the SDK?
