ok after much brow beating from msp I have been talked into against my better judgment uploading a progress photo which I take once a month and store for my records of weightloss and physical changes
a few points no Im not ascetic. no I do not have abs and I do not have the frame for them. Im genetically deposition to have broader shoulders and short limb.
It has taken me 3 yrs to come to this point
so without further stalling
here you go msp
