If you edit a post does it bump the thread back up the list and / or notify anyone? I most forums the answer would be no, so nobody would know you have added anything.

OK, finally got that done. Final stats:
Scepter of many colors.
Type: scepter
Base stats: AP 4, AC 25%, AD 2-6, CS 0, CM 0, BC 5%
Actor effects:

The JSON export is in the attached text file.
I figure it's not worth worrying about the overlap of the actor effects. If it appears in the game at all, I don't know where it would be, so I don't know how powerful it should be.
Edit: Fixed the JSON export, and attached it as a file.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Oops! Thanks. I fixed it, and attached a text file to my previous post (rather that pasting in an even longer chunk of code that nobody wants to read!)
I totally back this... I've been using Flagstaff's Pride since like level 16... and yeah I was able to take out
Hira'zinn
with it... It would be nice for an upgrade. The only legitimate upgrade (for my build) is an RoL. I'm looking at a defenders blade, but losing crits and an increased AP cost is very costly for a little BC (maybe 5% with three levels of 1-Handed proficency and a moderate base damage boost)

For monsters that are susceptible to critical hits the Dagger of the Shadow Priests is better. For monsters that are immune to critical hits the Balanced Steel Sword is better.
