The wallpaper is made of an album cover.
It's "Meir" by Kvelertak, Art by John Baizley. He's done lots of weird art similar to this.

@MushroomTeaGirl: like it too. Looks like it uses the style of Chinese engravings, but with western symbols.
Listened to the record, didn't like it that much though.... Not that bad, but has a taste of deja-vu. I prefer the cover :p
BTW, it seems this is the cover of the eponymous album "Kvelertak", while "Meir" has a similar, but different, cover. :D

Disclaimer: I'm a music geek too.... and am generally seen as being overly difficult to please musically by my friends. But I disagree, I'm simply picky.
