Huh? I don't remember him selling anything. I could be mistaken.

Well I can't remember what items he sold just that they were way better than the troublemaker in top right of thieves guild sells and I had nowhere near enough gold for it at the time - Guess I'll start a new game to get exact item list :|

I have the alpha version and Farrik doesn't seem to have an option where i can buy things from him.
(thank goodness i have my No Quests/Skill points build to test)
[*]Who are you?
[*]What do you do around here

[*]What can you tell me about the theives guild
[*]Any recent events happening?
[*]What did he do?
Etc...
I do not see an option to buy anything from this NPC.

When I talk to Unzel in Missing Pieces quest...
I decide to help him kill Vacor but when I go back to Vacor he gives me an option to think about it once more. If I hit that and go back to Unzel to kill him, the only option I'm given is, "did you talk to Vacor yet?" There's no way to kill him after rethinking it again. So in otherwords Vacor's option for me to rethink killing him...
...is useless and should be deleted or fixed.

as you navigate through the dialogue with Vacor...

[after Unzel tells you to kill him]
make sure you pick every choice & expose every available outcome...
most of the time - it's just a matter of picking the right combination of answers,
based on the choices you have made up to that point.

[if that doesn't work...]


check your Quest Log... [The "Missing Pieces" Quest]

[1] Vacor tells me about his former apprentice Unzel, (...)
______________________
[2] Unzel gives me a choice to side with either Vacor or him.
______________________
[3] I have chosen to side with Unzel. I should go to southwest Fallhaven to talk to Vacor about Unzel and the Shadow.

which one is your latest entry?

(those numbers are mine, not the first three in the log...)

Yea man, I did the same steps and got the same info in my log as you. I guess my point earlier was that, that part of Vacor's dialogue should be deleted if I don't get another chance to rethink my actions and side with him.

I had just finished that quest the other day while writing the guide i am working on and noticed that too.

I think you have a good point here.
