Well, they could be put on another mob... Specially since this would add to the ' no more gold drops for non human enemies list' one *would* wonder how a frog could manage to carry around a set of gauntlets that probably not only weigh more than it does, but that it could also probably fit inside of...

Perhaps we should make it a drop of any monster that is killed on april fools day.

Very true, phydeaux! And they look like a particularly large and heavy pair of gloves, too. I agree with your choice of the word "gauntlets"--these are no ordinary "gloves".

That would probably be very hard to code. Probably better to leave them as they are now: non-existent!

Not particularly... Should just be an if/then statement on a date call... And an extra line in the xml for each mob to drop the item and the item itself... I would think...
