13 years. Get it right.
Might as well wait until 2026 and make it an even 15 years, then. ;)

15 is an odd number

It would be fun to implement bounties here like on Github. People who want the Undertell quest update could donate to support the development.

No money. This is a totally free and open source project being worked on by people in their free time as a hobby.
Committing money to the project is not going to get anything done faster. Plus we would lose all of our open source licensing.
So thanks but no thanks

Money wouldn't put open-source licensing at risk, but I agree it would be a bad idea. I've seen free/collaborative projects fall apart in bitterness as soon as someone introduced a little money into them.

Yes, actually it would. We utilize components that are free to use if and only if we are non-profit.

Ah, so that's not open source (strictly speaking). It would explain the weird warnings in FDroid.

It's not just an F-Droid issue.

It's more our tools we are using, like SmartGit or Zulip. We get these for free, because we are non-profit.

But anyway, the main point is that as soon as money is involved, I expect nasty effects. How should we distribute it? Only between devs? What about contributors? What about tax? Players might ask: I have paid, now hurry to produce the next release.

Just some aspects, there would be more. So simply no. Let's stay with this easy way, without money. We are doing it for fun, ours and yours, and want to keep it that way
