For a legendary item, that's actually quite a small number

This game is awesome, I hadn't played any games since I was young playing Final Fantasy and Zelda etc, now I into games again because of Andor's Trail can play anywhere on my phone!

Actor condition: on a successful hit there is a 50% chance to apply the actor condition "Chaotic grip" (reduces Block chance by 50% and Damage resistance by 5) to the attacked monster for 3 rounds.

Is this correct?
I've just managed to get this item.. And the info in the game on Chaotic Grip reads:

Lowers block chance by 10
Lowers damage resistance by 1

My guess, is that the 50% block chance drop is a typo?

Chaosreaper has a 50% chance of inflicting chaotic grip x 5. Chaotic grip lowers BC by 10, so 5 x 10 = 50
