That is not true. There is another "hidden" room missed by a lot of players.
In the Iqhan cave

That too but the one they are missing is in the other cave. Did it for someone last week when they uploaded their save game

What's the final count on the maps? Is 494 or 497?

I'm at 494 and been everywhere ... am I missing anything?

It's 497, so you're missing some places. What does http://www.rg-brille.de/etc/AT/AT_checkPlaces75.html tell you?
