Well, I think that that is the shortest presidency yet! Congratulations, OMGitsMe!
I guess that re-instates Soylent Green as president, since he is the only one grinding for the ring (that we know about, at least.)

Well, I dont know how to prove it, but I have 2025 small rocks and no RoLS. Though I am on a break from the garg cave to explore the new content. I just added a point to MF so I will be back in the cave soon, and I will re-post!

To qualify you just have to meet these 2 qualifications:
1) You can not have a Ring Of Lesser Shadow
2) You have the most small rocks while still following qualification 1.
As soon as you get a RoLS Repost here:
