Helllo, can someone give me a hint about recovering stolen property, i already talked to Gaelian, some posts says that i would have to talk to prowling arantxa but there seems to be no choice regarding the quest.

Is it possible to get an answer directly? I haven’t done anything, but Emeline doesn’t appear. I really spent a lot of time trying to solve your riddle, tell me what should I do to make it appear?
