ahh yess... there is the Gutsplitter as well. .. really nice weapon without any CP...
What is CP?
I'm kinda considering a level of magic finder, i've got 540 rocks so far but I want a shadow ring...

Critical % i think is what he is trying to say. I could be wrong (Wouldn't be the first time)
Magic finder is great for helping to get the legendary items! Patience is key when hunting them! Well patience and a bunch of luck, be sure to bring your lucky horse shoe to the caves.

sorry.. i mean CP = combat speed skill.... IMO Gutsplitter is nice weapon without having CP skill.. Using it with Fallhaven jewel and you have two attack/round and can make some nasty damage.

Nice to have you here Lord Violentwynds.
I happen to be 26 with a fresh Criminal Justice Degree and from the Great State of Texas. Though, by tense alone, I am sure you realize I no longer
reside there. Where now, well, that's mystery for those who are in misery to figure out. Little hint though, no to me living in Missouri, although if you say confusion I must
admit that I am there often. Lost and caught in thoughts until I get brought back to reality cause I am coughing. But confusion is just the illusions I find myself in a lot,
not where I stay and I must say I have got to stop with this unplanned and un-understandable rhyme. These lines make no sense, just like me most of the time.
Not even working with Juveniles yet like I want to and already lost my marbles.
No hope, no hope at all.

with only 7-17 damage I can't see much benefit to using gutsplitter unless the opponent has heavy DR
E.g. my current damage is 23-29 with gutsplitter i will be at 30-46
improved to 12AP i would get 6 attacks / round for 23-29 damage
with gutsplitter and 12 AP I would get two attacks / round at 30-46 damage
So I hit 3x as often with my quickdraw dagger as I would with gutsplitter
assume DR10, I am dealing 13-19 damage x3= 39-57 damage, gutsplitter deals 20-36
assume DR15, I am dealing 8-14 damage x3= 24-32 damage, gutsplitter deals 15-31
assume DR20, I am dealing 3-9 damage x3= 9-27 damage, gutsplitter deals 10-26
assume DR25, I am dealing 0-4 damage x3= 0-12 damage, gutsplitter deal 5-16
Until we hit the last case (DR25 enemies) I am better off or break even with my quickstrike dagger, by the time I am encountering such enemies I expect I will have increased my base damage considerably, which will probably keep the quickstrike relevant.

I guess I'm already too high level (or too focused on damage) for it, maybe on my next char.
