"A Feyguardian solder's medal of honor. To posses is to honor the glorious city of Feygard."
If this is true, those Feyguard guards might give deference to someone wearing it in some manner. Maybe not. Perhaps they'll just arrest the possesor for "Stolen Valor."
Are you a Feygardian Soldier? If yes why are you planning to use a soldier's Medal Of Honor to smuggle Corpse Remains???

In My Opinion: The Necklace of Feygard Glory Should Grant You a Pass
Here’s my take: if I’m wearing the Necklace of Feygard Glory, patrols should back off—even if I’m carrying bonemeal potions.
That necklace isn’t just a rare drop—it’s a symbol of honor, earned only through exceptional service to Feygard. So when a patrol sees it, they have to stop and think. They don’t know who I am, but they see that necklace and what it implies.
Am I on a mission? Acting under orders? Do I have clearance to carry what others can't?
They can’t be sure—and that uncertainty matters. If they mess with someone who turns out to be a favored agent of Feygard, the consequences could fall squarely on them. It’s safer to assume the wearer of the NoFG is someone important and let them go.
To me, that necklace should carry weight in the world. It should make guards hesitate, reconsider, and ultimately defer.

First of all, you stole the necklace from somebody who stole it from the soldier.
Second of all, who says the patrol can see your necklace? It could be under your armor.

Acquired, through skill. Shaken loose during a frisk. Feygard soldiers are thorough.
On another note: there could be a future quest to return the NoFG with this scenario as the trigger or starting point. You'd have to give up possession of whatever BmP's you're carrying to prove the intent to return the item to its rightful owner. It might be fun to be able actually do something with the NoFG rather than inventory it.

True followers of Feygard don't use bonemeal, period.
Who says they're all true?

They are law-abiding citizens. They are true followers of the great City.
The necklace is not going to prevent you from getting your bone meal confiscated and at this point I don't have any interest in seeing any quest driven by the necklace for various reasons.
But I really do appreciate your love for my necklace.

Now I'm wondering if the selling price for the NoFG is greater in Feygard than in other cities!

They are common as dirt in Feygard. Just a tourist trinket, so worth almost nothing

Only in a custom dialogue, is that possible. Going to any merchant to try to sell it won't have a different price as that's not supported in the game engine
