Version numbers are generally major.minor.patch.
We usually don't follow this most of the time.

Am i blind or is there no short way from the woodcutters to eg prim after they opened the passage to the shephard?
To be honest: slighly frustrating. Thought the passage was the intention.
Other topic : is it also intended, that the scelets (West of prim) can not anymore be reached after finish of ortholion

The shortcut is not to get to Prim it's to get to the shepherd.

I'm not following what your off topic comment means.

I Just realized that the entrance is blocked. Not sure whether this came with an Update or was intended after closure of the Quest of ortholion and ehrenfest.

What entrance are you talking about?
Are you talking about the very beginning of the mine where the guy is stopping you from going through the gate?
