Monsters randomly respawn if you are on the map. If you leave the map for more that a certain length of time (I forget what, but it's not very long) then all monsters respawn.

I have found and visited 100% of places visited. I have found 2 silver bars and 3 lead bars. I have been to all of the map locations quoted on the dictionary. What must I do to get the other silver bar and lead bar? Just grind in those areas and hope a monster drops it? and what monster would drop them, if any?

The metal bars are no monster drops. you will have to find and loot the chests they are located in.

I have been to all of the spots defined in the directory on github, but still only have the 2 silver bars and 3 lead bars. One of the silver is locked in a chest that cannot be opened. (If it can be opened, a hint would be nice.) The other silver bar and lead bar, I go to the spots, grind there, and still nothing. Any assistance is appreciated.

The one in the lock chest you can't open.

Ty. I have been to all of the blue boxes on the directory. And no silver or lead bar. I was wondering what the condition is that makes them appear?
