Well, I don't really understand the outline so I'm just theorizing, if there are mistakes, please correct them.

Askyl just simply says the "The Sakul are coming".
There is nothing to "understand". It's just a open ended plotline for another antagonist to our hero or to the world of Dhayaver.

I seen it as a group of people like the undead or a army of people since the use "are" if it's a person they would should use Sakul 8s coming
