You can get the RofLS without (permanently) losing your RoLS. IMO it's just a collectors item though. I have one, but I use RoLS and either RotP or PRoB, depending on my mood.

I suggest not to kill the graveyard boss unless you want the weapon LifeTaker( a nice sword with 30 ac, 4 attack cost, and good effects).

It is because the graveyard monster will keep spawning and walk toward you, then attact you if the boss exist. It means that you can farm exp automatically(but you have to have high bc and at least a Rols).

Although you don't need that much exp when you are strong enough to auto farm graveyard monster, graveyard is the only place that can farm exp so easily in the game, it is really rare.

Just finished Lodar. At 50. Don't think I can handle the graveyard still... but guess I'll have to try...
Think I'm out of stuff to do otherwise...

Would love a RoL or two, or a second RofLS... but not real keen on grinding...
Maybe grind Arulirs for XP instead...

If you have regain and the axe (forget the name) that gives you 1 health inch your way down. When you get down to the boss do a hit and then back up twice and kill the zombies and go back down

You should give the graveyard a go. I stood at the entrance and ground them down to reduce the numbers, building lost health back up with accumulated health potions. Then I quaffed one of every potion I had that gave me positive effects (including some rather expensive ones from Lodar), and went for it. I was quite a lot higher than level 50, but I also got through it pretty easily, and killed the boss. Just make sure you have a savegame before you start. If you get to the boss, save again!

How to get the RoFLs in the first place?
I have a RoLs now but I don't think I'll be lucky enough to get another one before i get bored of farming. If RoLFs is good enough I'll use it instead.

How to get the RoFLs in the first place?

The RoFLS is the only legendary item not found by very rare drop. You have to do something specific to get it. Once you have completed certain quests I'm not sure if it is possible to get it though. This is why it's not included in the list at the start of this thread.
