This same save file.There is no Tinlyn on grassland.
Edit: save from 0.7.10. I didn't start quest with Tinlyn before.

No,that from Fanamor's(Thieves guild) quest. I have second journal.
Edit: sorry, save from 0.7.10. Quest was finished.
