Example of an Ishihara color test plate. The number "74" should be clearly visible to viewers with normal color vision. Viewers with dichromat or anomalous trichromat may read it as "21", and viewers with achromat may see nothing.
i clearly see 21, (24 and 27 actually)

as an artist, it affects me - but not that much, as it's the lightest form possible...
and most of my work is dark & working with shadows [painting & sculpture - respectively]

If you have normal color vision you will see a 74.

another interesting fact about colorblindness

It is more common in people who have light colored eyes like blue than brown eyes.
