I like this idea a lot Tek.....as a 1 HP loss per round for 5 rounds is nothing; which is why the barbed dagger or poisoned dagger is cool, but not THAT cool. But with a skill boost, it just might be.

Or the additional damage caused by a poisoned weapon could be a multiplier on the base damage, starting out small by default and scalable up as levels of the skill are taken.i.e. You learn to make deadlier poisons to apply to your blade. It would have to be the base weapon damage, not the base character damage, since it wouldn't make sense that just leveling up your AD would make your poison more effective...

That is a fantasic idea Tek! This would be a great way to allow further customization of players!

That's exactly what actor conditions need.
I would like it if said skill impacted all actor conditions improving rounds or effects of them

Great ideas!

I would like to suggest a little change to the names of the blessings, Hades and Zeus are not really part of this world ;)

although i would lean towards a cooler name & have it be more universal

[effecting all actor conditions that you could inflict on the enemy]

my thoughts here, are to keep it on a similar power level as More Crits / balance.

Exactly. I was just too lazy to write up that the skills should be created for all actor condition types.
