Here is the screenshot, but it is impossible to see what is actually happening. I have been watching his movements though and he looks like he is teleporting from point to point instead of following a linear path.

Do you see him moving randomly all the time, or just right after you sleep?

Ok, so I was able to reproduce this too. What I observed:
- 1. this only seems to work when the confirm sleep option is disabled.
2. When the NPC is to the far right I.e. in between the beds in the last column of beds is the only time this occurs for me.
3. When it does occur, the NPC appears out of touch from the hero until he leaves the bed. Upon leaving the bed the NPC teleports to the tile directly in the middle bottom of the left 2 beds.
