What click sound? I Here nothing while playing on either my gs3 or my tab2. I get "click" sounds on my tab2 while typing this, but never while playing AT
one of my cousins has a GS3 and it was making a sound anytime her son tapped the screen until we turned it off in the settings. Incidentally, I got him to download and start the game but I'm not sure he plays it much but he's usually interested to see how my build is going.

Yes, but i shut that sound off. It however never was heard while playing AT before modifying the OS setting. Same goes for my tab2. I have left the click sound affects on but never here in AT.

WOW! I didn't await to arise so much attention by the developers themselves.

Yeah, that's maybe the main bug in the project :D
I remember to have had some very nice games on my Nokia 6300. Searching for such one on android market was quite disappointing for me so far. Andors trail is the best I could find and would be worth to pay a little bit.

about sounds: Yes, I was talking about click sounds. I prefer to have them on when handling the phone itself, but in game it's annoying. More important than sound-off-option within game would be the language setting within.

about skills: Restarting the game doesn't seem to be a nice option to me. I could only imagine to start it anew when finished the whole game, but decisions could strongly change the story or way of game. (Decision like to which village to ally, whom to kill, when the consequence is as intensive as entering one city or another, solving local quests, visiting local shops, here or there..)
Skills seem to make my character more unique, there are some more decisions to make. And it seems I've missed most of it.
I think there is a system at which level how many SPs a character earns. By the system it can be told how many SPs e.g. a lvl50 should have (if not cut off from the beginning). My suggestion would be that "pioneers" just get this difference. at a next update, maybe when upleveling next time.

Those of us that started the game before the skill points came into play received the full number of points we would normally have based on our level. Are you sure they weren't there?

What level are you at? You should have received 1 for every 4 levels.

Welcome again to the Forums! We are glad to have you, I look forward to hearing more about your thoughts on this game and it's development. =)

Yes you get 1 Skill Point (SP) every 4 levels.

Lvl 50: You would have 12 skill points and would get your next one at lvl 52

I just found out how to change his charactername:
Download Hex Editor
Create a backup by saving your file you want to edit in a new save slot
Open the editor and go to mnt/storage/andors-trail/
Open your savegame
Scroll down until you find your items
Above the first item, you should find your name !WARNING! Don't edit the name on top of the file!
Edit your name Hint: Search a little bit in the file to find the letters you need for your new name
I hope, that works for you. ;)

about skill points: OK, seems everything is alright then. I obviously misunterstood something during development.

@Ian: Thanks a lot. Maybe I'll once try this out, but not right now. I'm technically not that very firm, my phone isn't even rooted yet.

about more thoughts for game development: For my my taste the game is technically quite ripe. Also the collection of items, potions and effects seems quite big. I think the main focus should be in generating new maps, quests and dialogues. Some unique items usually come by quests, some new buyable items might come by cities. I think it's not necessary to change much on the system (e.g. combat system) anymore. On some points it could fit better. (I remember long ago to have met some ants which felt to have high defense but no armor. For me it would be logically the other way round. It should be easy to hit but hard to crack such giant insect)

Completely agree. Possibility to change in-game language would be great. Wanna play on original English, not Russian)))
