YES! +1
Thanks for reviving this thread! You are absolutly correct, the taunt skill may or may not work but unless you can see the NPCs AP and Attack Cost, there is no way to tell if it is working or not. I have tested Taunt out as well and discovered the same thing thru my trials.
Same here. I never noticed a difference so I immedietely loaded my save file to get that skill point back. I would love to see the AP and attack added.
No glad that the skill isn't effective (or obviously effective) but i am glad that i am not the only one who felt this way while testing it out.

Sort of on this topic, I have just finished accumulating my 100 irdegh poison glands, and noticed that the irdegh spawn (which are everywhere) were getting a lot of attacks/turn. I determined that they get four, rather than three or five. If they have 10AP, this means two-and-a-half AP/attack. If they have 12AP, why would they when all the other. irdegh types have 10? Is this a bug? Maybe I can find out by updating to v,7.0, but I am still afraid of having all the monsters heading for me all the time. I am currently at the end of the spider caves, killing masters and as little else as possible, to get the Valugha items: 3 robes and 2 hats so far. I'm doing better on them than on arulir (sp?) skins! Only 25, I think, of those after a lot of time spent there.
I saw something about a "full stack log" for saved games in meeting report 13 or 14 or one of the viewtopic links in it. Does that mean that games accidentally saved over are recoverable? If so, how do we do that? I have lost a bunch of games I would really like to get back. I can't keep my branching options straight, and have only the game where I kept the "strange-looking helmet" instead of destroying it, while I had destroyed it earlier and intended to save both versions in different slots.
