That is long time grinding for a Rols ladyblack but it dropped in the end lol, will add you to the leaderboard, won't add the Golf as its not legendary

It might be wise to keep a couple of empty vials. You never know they might come in handy

You don't necessarily need to keep rocks, but I have found a use for them. Also, most people that are grinding/hunting for a RoLS will keep them as a "measure item".
