What about a tip of the day section? (shown when the game loads its maps / or it could be available from main menu)
We could also address other unresolved issues from the faq. Or the hidden feature to change the attacked monster by longclicking. etc.

How about a corner table of veterans in tavern. There you can hear rumours when offering drinks and can get some tip after find sertain items and some other tips you can buy.
