Oh the childhood days of playing dragon warrior with my dad, uncle, and brother. Maps and chex mix scared about the floor, my mom & aunt hated that game! I hated the RPGs that succeeded the dragon warrior trilogy. To much emphasis on graphics. Cursed super NES. I think my addiction to AT steams from this desire to relive those childhood moments. I even have my dad playing AT now.

trilogy?
there were 4 on the NES (usa) famicom (japan)
DW4 (DQ4) might be the most EPIC 8 bit RPG
ever!
dad isnt in the picture, but my step dad is too much of a noob with smart phones...
and is far too wrapped up in his PS3 to care...
i tried!
as for me AT is keeping me from my 360 - EXCEPT when i get a Street Fighter challenge
(huge fighter junkie too! - 2D
only)

I still want to play some MtG with the players here... That's pretty much the only other game I play now. Well, an occasional HOMMIII or C&C:GZH too.

Maybe there is a 4th, I can't remember. Its been many many years.

I do the same thing. If someone says they can play some SF4 (AE) but they need a few minutes, I spend those minutes playing AT. Or if its a multi-player lobby I'll sometimes half-watch the other matches while playing AT.

The urge to relapse is huge right now. Somebody please help me! The lack of activity on the forum today is preventing my AT addiction from being fulfilled.

i am pretty sure i have played more this week than any week prior.
i was obsessed with getting my RoL,
then obsessed with maxing out Barkskin...
now obsessed with my last item in the collection (ElyR)
afterwards - it will be off to Iqhan to feel out those spent Skill Points
even unread posts fuel the addiction...
if we update any time soon,
i might be getting a "dear John" letter!
