What is the Thieves Guild saying?

I could not look it up. I don't want to play another run through. I think Umar, Fallhaven Thieves Guild, and the quest for 3 diaries lets the dialogue pop up.

The thieves guild is shrouded in secrecy. They often do not even recognize each other as being in the guild or at least they don't admit to you that they know people within the guild.
Take Gruil (In Crossglen) for example. He basically tells you nothing but he knows everything.

What about someone in Remgard? I don't vividly remember what his name is, Arghest if Im not mistaken.
Do he own some information that our PC don't have?, like some of his dialouge says something about
