ATCS unable to create project

hello to everyone
for some reason when I try to create a project with ATCS the project doesn't get created . it normally works but when I add the maps that i have created it doesn't load. if anyone nows what's the problem please let me know .

Without more information, I don't think we're going to be able to help you.
Are you seeing any errors or any kind of output in the console window?

when I try to create a project it doesn't get past the part were it says creating project

Could you change the ATCS cmd and exchange the javaw.exe to java.exe (without w).
Then you get a console window with more information
