So first, I'm a longtime player, first time poster. Thanks devs for a fantastic game!

I'm stuck similarly to this thread, however, I'm at Level 89, have completed seeming zillions of quests, and still can't

start Immaculate kidnapping. I've done Troublemaker's tasks and Umar says I'm a member.

I did Immaculate kidnapping a few years ago with a different character.

, but can't remember how to start it.

I must be missing something, but I can't figure out what. Combing the forums for clues has me empty-handed. Any tips? Or has a subsequent quest locked me out of the ability to do

kidnapping and therefore

Bootlegging?

Have you done "Ruthless Crackshot"? You are not a member until you have done this quest
