Yczorah nucleus/A gem in the elm mine

Hello.
Not long ago, after a long hunt for Yczorah, I acquired the new legendary sceptre (Yczorah nucleus) which I find very interesting to play. But I don't know how to play it (with a shield: black defender, a sword: RoL, HS, Yatagan...)
Do you play it too? If yes, with what?
Second question: I found by chance in the Elm mine a quest item, a gem. What is it for? Is it usable now or in a future update?

Playing around with different weapon combinations is half the fun of a dual wielding character. How does one help to negate or reduce and undesirable side effect of the other? How well do they compliment each other?

Does using a shield instead of a second weapon work better for you?
Have the fun of this game is answering such questions yourself.
I personally have 19 builds and about 17 of them are completely unique from one another.

Where did you get specifically place for that gem in Elm mine?
And how much do you actually kill those yczorah and yczorah marauder to get Legendary sceptre?
Let me know what level magic Finder skill in you game now,mine is 30.
