You can complited this guest. IMO there are maby little bug in storyline (if you skip crossroads and goto talk people of Lonefird first), but you can complite the guest anyway.

So how do you do it? I don't know what to do next. I got to

Taevinn in Loneford is certain that Sienn in the southeast barn has something to do with the illness. Apparently, Sienn keeps a pet around that has approached Taevinn in a threatening manner several times.

But when I go to talk to Sienn he just says he's strong.

Then fill in all of the quests that are available in two sections: able to complete and ongoing?

Speak with everyone in Loneford including all the guards, priests, and villagers. There should be 3 conflicting stories. Landa might have a lil useful info for you If you have already gotten thru this part let me know and i will try to give you a hint for u.

A few more questions...

Is "Well Rested" the milk quest to get a bed in Prim? I do not have that quest in my completed log, and I do not remember giving milk to anyone. Can you tell me where that one starts?

You can only do one of the two: Lost Sheep or Cheap Cuts, correct?

Also, where does "Lost Potion" start? I really thought I did everything in the new maps... I didn't complete Lost Sheep, Cheap Cuts, or The Path is Clear to Me because I was worried about screwing future stuff up for myself. Do I need to complete any of those to start Lost Potion?

All we need to do now is change the name and make it sticky... This is something that people will continue to start new topics for, we may as well just leave it sitting on top.

I will go into more detail on how to beat the quest just to be sure you can compleat it.
I copied the quest log from my phone in hopes to point you in the right direction.
CAUTION SPOILER ALERT!

-I should go see landa in the loneford Tavern. Rumor has it that he saw something that he doesn't dare tell anyone
-Landa confused me with someone else at first. He apparently saw a small boy doing something around the town well during the night before the illness started. He was scared to talk to me at first since i looked like the boy he had seen. Could it have been Andor that he saw?
-Also, the night after he saw the boy at the well be saw Buceth taking samples of the water in the well. Strangely enough, Buceth has not gotten ill like the others in the village
-I should go Question Buceth at the Loneford chapel about what he was doing at the well, and about weither he knows anything about Andor
-I have bribed Buceth into talking to me
-Buceth tells me that he was assigned by the priests in Nor City to make sure the shadow casts its glow over Loneford. Apparently the priests had sent over a boy to do some buisness in Loneford, and Buceth was tasked with gathering some samples from the water well.

What you do from here is your own choice.
