Gonna buy 100,000 acres of pristine forest land (complete with rivers, mountains, lakes, streams, hills, fields etc) and start building a huge Castle, complete with moat, dungeons, a few towers and throw in a village with various shoppes & pubs, inns, blacksmithy, armorer, potions-maker, healer, a few guilds, a small cathedral and a mill.
