In the "Fair play" quest you don't necessery lose all hands after you switch to higher bet, and you can choose not to accuse and then beat up the gamblers, and tell Zemsko that they play fair.
Also I think if the "Lessons learned" quest requires you to use the training equipment for the fight or else you are cheating, in this quest you should be required to brawl the gamablers bare handed in order not to kill them.
The "A cat and mouse game" is an annoying one. For no payment and only minor XP gains it requires items only available in far away places. I also find it's morality very strange: it rewards you with more XP for sparing the mouse's life, while you are killing rats by the dozens, and wildlife in general by the thousends.
The talk in the tavern is also funny, when a man is complaining about the loss of his dog, and your answer is "I love dogs too". Yeah, says the boy who killed hundreds of puppies and many more adult dogs and eaten their meat.
