Monsters with no spawn points
During my work on new Andor's Trail Directory I found a couple of inconsistency in game files. One is that there are some monsters with no spawn points. May be developers can clarify if it's rudiment or not.

Some of them are placeholders for the future. Some of them are accidental orphans. Forgotten and abandoned at some point in development. Oops. We should remove those.
