This is not a bug per se, however, it is quite annoying because there is so little space and the patrons could block the way in a bunch. The only way to clear them is to wait for hopefully not eternity for them to go away. Even waiting 3 minutes outside may result in similar situation.

Something needs to be done in this tavern. Like, social distancing police or something :evil:

if you do the quest there a certain way you can clear it out

There are plenty of places in the game where you can run into this kind of problem. I recently had a wait until a certain ghost moved so that I could exit a tomb. There's no good way around it.

Wish we could attack the npc(s) lol. I wouldn't mind being kicked out of a tavern or town. Not like I haven't before in the game lol

In a specific case that would be possible. In general though, it would either require underlying code changes, or changes to the maps in every possible place this could happen (which is a lot!).

It's not that this is impossible, just that there is no practical way to implement it (i.e. one that is worth the work involved).
