Hey guys long time no see... Guess I been toying with the new update too much...lol. Anyway, I have a quick question, I did the quest for the sword delivery and the painting recovery and the guard said I should got see someone in Feygard....but there is a guard on the bridge who won't let me by. Is this area complete? Also where is this "Carn Tower". As always, thanks!

Feyguard & carn tower are not implemented yet.
