Bugged pick up screen of item drops on borders

This has happened on more than 2 occassions where I had accidentally dropped an equipment/item at the border of a map area and even after picking them there remains the loot drop icon on the screen. When I step on the icon the pick up shows a blank or empty pop up screen.

I have attached a screenshot and recorded the video of the same to make it easy to understand.

The area in the screenshot is located at the spot near Gauward's hut who sells izthiel claws

Another area with a similar experience was the spot exactly on the border of the map area adjacent to the settlements located north of fallhaven where Hagale lives.

These loot bag icons never disappear and remain there.
