I don't know if it's a bug, but those two items have exactly the same name, but one is from Blornvale and one from aryfora...
This can cause some kind of confusion. Right ?
And they have different stats

Having different stats makes sense because Aryfora is a better chemist than Blornvale is. I'll ask the dev team for more information.

But it would be nice if they had different names - like the difference between Bonemeal Potion and Lodar's Bonemeal Potion.
