Good for you. It won't be easy. If you find yourself faltering, remember that it gets easier with time, so the worst thing you can do is go back to the beginning and start over. Always remember that. Good luck

I can't seem to start quitting. Every time I set out to not smoke, I put my smoking stuff in a cabinet. Ten minutes later I find myself staring at the cabinet door. Another five minutes I can hear the stuff calling me. Two more minutes I tell myself "No!". Another minute, I'm smoking. Thirty seconds later I'm putzing around on my phone and forget about smoking. An hour later my battery needs charging, so I plug it in and set it down. One second later I'm smoking before I even realized what I'd done.

:3 *nods, these past two days have been strange, because the cravings are there, but i have no motivation to smoke. :3 i do get stressed a bit easier. but slowly gaining my calm self back. :3
