Couldn't use meat to replenish HP

I couldn't use meat to replenish HP and then lost a lot of points (5400 to be exact). Also, once in the game now, I can't navigate back from the character stats without closing out the game and re-opening it.

Are you playing the version of AT by Oskar Wiksten, from the Google Play store? There's a couple of rip-offs out there (if you have ads, it's a rip-off), and then all bets are off, especially with an Android version as old as 1.6.

Could also be a case of food poisoning. Meat can hurt more than it heals sometimes.

No, downloaded from BlackBerry World. Don't have Android but it wanted me to choose something. What happened was that I choose the meat and used it, but didn't give me the additional HP.

Meat will restore 2HP per round for 12 rounds, but only up to your max HP. It won't add beyond that. There is also a 10% chance of food poisoning though, which (in the case of meat) will cost you 3HP per round for 10 rounds. The only way that could result in losing XP is if it killed you, and you woke up in bed somewhere.

As far as navigating back from the character stats goes, I can't say. Maybe it's a bug, but I'm not familiar with the Blackberry version. As with the Android version there may be rip-offs though, so check you have the right one (if you have any ads, it's not the right one).

There's an email address for support there. It's a Hotmail address, which tends to be rather transitory, but you could try it. You could also PM cccd3cpt (the apparent keeper of the Blackberry version of AT) on these forums. They haven't logged in since March, but not much has been happening recently so that's not a sign they have left permanently.
