I noticed that there are some areas that when you kill hirathil ancients or servants, the ground that they died leaves a green stain.
Is this a known issue?

Hmm, do you mind screen shot it? Nothing I've noticed after a couple of thousands of kills. They all leave a pile of ash(?).

Just check the source and see if any variety is supposed to have the green splater. Then, if not, upload the image with the green splatter, then upload an image of the same spot after the splatter fades.

I never use (used) any poison weapons, are you using one, maybe that would make the splatter green instead of the usual color. I would do some more digging here but I don't have the time at the moment.

Its not blood splatter like the ones from the bats. The hex in the map where the hirathil die turns green permanently. I use BW Daggers and ROL in this map, so I don't use poison.

The Splatter from defeating NPCs is supposed to be there, it was added a couple of updates ago and isn't a bug.
The ground in that area does already have some spots that are kind of green to begin with giving the illusion that the ground was permanently stained.
