I would almost prefer a quest centric implementation. The woodcutter needs the work.

I actually love the idea of using the woodcutter on a quest to change a map. But I think another spot might be better, just because I think that Fallhaven should be linked to the road already when you start the game. You know an easier fix would have been to remove the rock and create the road there so you pass the cabin and bypass having to mess with the graveyard.

Idea for the woodcutters clearing a tree idea: There are a bunch of trees just south of where you find the woodcutters and the space directly below that treeline is still unused... maybe the woodcutters could be the way to get thru to a new area (to be developed later)?Tomcat wrote:I actually love the idea of using the woodcutter on a quest to change a map. The area that could be developed would be just north and directly west of Crossglen on top of the big cliffs, you wouldn't be able to reach it until later on in the game, maybe after doing a few highly challenging quests for the woodcutters. (Not sure if there are current plans for that area, but this could be a neat idea for a way to use it)

I know Oskar's word is law, but did he give a specific reason why he wants it isolated? Does he have something planned?
