I also wrote out full dialogue and a quest log for this one. This was the last one that made use of existing characters and areas.

Quest name: A taste of their own medicine

Herec: Would you like to trade for some potions?
1) Sure. Let’s see what you have.
2) No, I still have enough for now. <Starts new quest>

Herec: I’ve learned a lot from the 5 claws you brought me but there is still more to learn if I can get my hands one some more of those claws. You may have noticed sometimes their claw scratches can make you feel very tired or fatigued, and unable to fight or even run away. I think there might be a way to make a weapon that can inflict those nasty Wyrms with the same illness they give us. But I’ll need you to bring me 10 more white wyrm claws for study. Can you do that?

1) No, I have no interest in helping you anymore. And your potions are overpriced! <Exit conversation>
2) Sure, I’ll be back with 10 white wyrm claws.
3) Any excuse for a fight! I’ll be back with 10.

Herec: Would you like to trade for some potions?
1) Sure. Let’s see what you have.
2) About those white wyrm claws.

Herec: Do you have 10 of them?
1) Not yet, I’ll be back with them soon <exit conversation>
2) Yes, here you go.

Herec: Thanks, I’ll need some time to do my research. Come back a little later.
<You gain 1000 XP>

Herec: Would you like to trade for some potions?
1) Sure. Let’s see what you have.
2) Have you finished your new research?

Herec: Yes, and I am confident I can create a weapon using their claws that will allow you to inflict the same illness on others, especially those vile creatures themselves! But I will need some supplies. Please bring me 10 more white wyrm claws, a large empty flask, a sharp iron dagger, and I will also need back a restore fatigue potion. Sorry, but I can’t just give those away.

1) Ok, but this better be worth it!
2) Sure, no problem, I hope I get a good fight on the way!
3) Ok, I’ll be back with all those things.

Herec: Would you like to trade for some potions?
1) Sure. Let’s see what you have.
2) About those items you asked for.

Herec: Do you have them all?
1) Not yet, I’ll be back with them <exit conversation>
2) Yes, here they are.

Herec: Great, this should work just fine. <You gain 1000 XP>
I hope you didn’t have to travel too far for this dagger, but you may have noticed, all the equipment made here has some sort of toxin that makes its users sick. We’ve taken to calling it “Blackwater misery”. But since this dagger was brought from outside this settlement, it shouldn’t have the same problem. Would you like to know what I’ll be doing?

1) Not really, just get working on it.
Herec: Ok, just come back a little later and I’ll have it ready for you.

2) Sure why not, maybe it’ll help pass the time.
3) Yes, I would like to know.
Herec: I will crush up the white wyrm claws into this flask, to create a coating that should cover most of the blade of this dagger. Then, I’ll use the restore Fatigue potion to treat the handle, so you don’t accidentally inflict it on yourself. Ok, I’m almost done. You can check back in a little while.

Herec: Would you like to trade for some potions?
1) Sure. Let’s see what you have.
2) Do you have my dagger ready?

Herec: Yes, here it is. I’ve named it the Wyrm Claw Dagger! I put a lot of work into this, so I will still have to ask you to pay for it. I will sell it to you for 2000 gold.

1) After all that trouble! What a rip off! Forget it! <exit conversation>
2) Is there any way you can lower that price? I provided all the supplies!
Herec: Sorry, but that is the lowest I can charge. I still had to use my equipment, and there is a personal risk to working with these claws.
3) Ok, here you go.

(If you leave the conversation without selecting a reply, you will get the same options later on).

Herec: Here you go, one Wyrm Claw Dagger. You should know it was very difficult to make and there was even some risk of making myself ill from working with the claws, so I won’t be doing this a second time. Take care not to lose that dagger.

<You have gained a new item>

After the quest is completed, the extra dialogue choice is removed when talking to Herec. Just the one to see what potions he has is left.

Quest Log:
10) I spoke to Herec, who makes the Restore fatigue potions, who told me there might be a way to make a weapon that can inflict fatigue back on those white wyrm creatures. But he needs 10 more white wyrm claws to do more research. I agreed to get them.

10a) I told him I wouldn’t help.

20) I have given the 10 white wyrm claws to Herec.

30) Herec tells me he is now sure he can create a weapon that can inflict fatigue back on the white wyrms. But he will need more of their claws and some other items. He asks me to bring him 10 more white wyrm claws, a large flask, a restore fatigue potion, and a sharp iron dagger.

40) I have brought back the items Herec requested, and he has worked on the dagger. He ground up the white wyrm claws in the flask to create a coating for the dagger blade, and used the restore fatigue potion to treat the handle to prevent self infliction. He requested a sharp iron dagger brought from outside the settlement so that it wouldn’t cause Blackwater misery.

50) Herec has finished with the dagger, which he has named the Wyrm claw dagger. He tells me he still has to sell it because of all the risk and work involved in making it. He also tells me there was a lot of risk of getting fatigue from working with the claws so he won’t be making another dagger like this and not to lose it.

Awesome storyline you have here! Can't wait to play it in game!

I made a copy of this storyline and added it to the Dev corner.

Mino: Great work my friend, you have quite a talent for story writing.
