Dropped items are disappearing

Dropped items are disappearing
Do the items you have dropped just disappear over a period of time? I didn't know this happened, thought the items we have dropped in safe houses remain intact no matter how long. Is this some change made since the update?

Yea.. The one I downloaded from here..
The dropped items keep disappearing after a period of time.. Dunno how much time exactly though.. Gotta keep going bk to the saved game..The alpha version can be downloaded from the project page:

You're not walking over them with loot confirmation option disabled, are you? I did that in the BWM caves for a while, kept wondering why the loot wouldn't stay dropped only to find it all back in my bags again coz I was picking it up without realizing it.

Nope.. It's enabled.. Its like I dropped certain things at home, and then went ahead and rested in the Prim tavern or something, and then once I went back it wasn't there.. So I went back to my previously saved game, and dropped the things en-route, and they disappeared again.. That's been happening for some time now, and I keep losing my stuff.

Sounds like the well documented map error, it's just more often I guess.

It sort of happened only when I rested in a safe house somewhere. I have re-installed the game again, its all fine now.. At least till now..
